RATSO RISOTTO

RATSO RISOTTO is a Cockney accented rodent character whose rathole enters out into theLibrary/Playroom. Streetsmart and savvy (as only a rat can be), RATSO is by far and away the most worldwise of our characters. In fact, he's seen the world more than a few times over, hitching his way from port to port, even deserting the occasional sinking ship along the way, the infamous Titanic among them. Or so he claims. That's not to imply he's an out and out liar, more that he's the sort of character who wouldn't let the truth get in the way ofa good story...."know what I mean?" He's always got an angle, knows the short cuts; never pays full price for anything; if you want it, he can get it, just don't ask too many questions. A scrounger and a hoarder. If a toy or a lunch has gone missing best check the rathole first.

RATSO is also often our narrator.
